The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board states that all draft lines are required to be cleaned on a weekly basis. For this service our Micro Matic Certified Dispense Specialists use a recirculating line cleaning pump which is 80 times more effective than simply soaking a draft line with cleaner. This method results in fresher tasting beer or wine, an increase in keg sales, and overall a more profitable draft system. All faucets, keg couplers, and fobs are also taken apart and cleaned during this process to eliminate any mold or bacteria build up. Our certified technicians also will replace any worn out washers, clamps and other components to ensure your system is working at maximum efficiency.

A good draft system needs balance. The proper gas mixture propels beer or wine from the keg, through the line, out of the faucet, and into your glass. Too much pressure and the beer will gradually overcarbonate, too little and it will lose carbonation over time. Whether you have a long draw system or a direct draw system, we will guide you in the right direction for which gas type or blend will work best for you.
